Casa Y articulates six hundred square meters as a sustained conversation between architecture and the river. The scale of the residence allows the program to unfold with generosity: each use finds its place without competing with the others, and the whole is organized with the clarity that comes from having sufficient space to reason both in plan and in section. The volumes step and offset to produce patios that act as hinges between zones and orientations. The envelope alternates translucent and opaque planes according to a logic that responds program by program: the collective spaces open broadly to the exterior, while the private areas manage their relationship with the landscape with greater precision and restraint. The double-height integrated spaces expand the interior experience vertically and anchor the gaze toward the Paraná. Across the 600 m², the sequence of interconnected common areas creates a domestic continuity that invites movement and gathering, sustained by an atmosphere of material sobriety that balances the volumetric presence of the whole.
